Hey there! I'm Debbie Godawski. I am dedicated to learning and sharing all things having to do with improving physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. There was a time in my life a few years back, where I didn't know I could feel better physically. I was accepting life as it was dealt and had lost a sense of hope and control. I didn't realize that I could and should continue to dream, set goals, and pursue things way outside of my comfort zone. I didn't know what I didn't know. My goal for this blog to share my story in attempts to offer hope and encouragement to others. I will present information and practices that have literally changed the course of life.
